Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use our website or contact forms we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, company, website URL, message content, IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, and cookie / analytics data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources (such as our free 2026 digital marketing guide), provide consulting and marketing services, improve our website, send communications with your consent, and protect against spam and abuse.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use three categories of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential — required for the site to function (security, form submission, navigation). Always on.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (GA4, property G-JXTM1TP2PD) with IP anonymization, used to measure traffic and content performance. Loaded only with your consent.
  • Advertising — used for remarketing, retargeting and ad measurement (Google Ads). Loaded only with your consent.

You can change your choices at any time using the control in the footer.

4. Google Analytics & Consent Mode

We implement Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default until you accept them. When you accept, GA4 records page views, events (such as form submissions and PDF downloads), approximate location and device data. Google may process this data in the United States. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time via the cookie banner or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small set of trusted processors: Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement), Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting and database providers. Each operates under their own privacy terms.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. GA4 event data is retained for the default 14 months.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, withdraw consent at any time, opt out of marketing communications, and — for California residents — opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us via the form below.

8. Contact
